Abstract
In the face of the learning problems that arise in the new digital scenarios, some strategies for the development of skills are required. These are understood from a double perspective: 1) knowing how to act (or react) in a responsible and valid manner, and 2) knowing how to mobilize, integrate and transfer resources (knowledge, skills, etc.) in a professional context, allowing users to interact in networks assertively in order not to feel excluded, based on theories such as constructivism and connectivism. All this to join the networking world, start in the use of web 2.0 technologies and be creators of products to be distributed, shared and spread in a culture of collaboration and cooperation, with implications for knowledge management.
