Abstract
Society is currently affected by two phenomena. New technologies are one of them; the other one is the era of globalization, which brings a real and urgent approach between nations and societies in various fields. These phenomena place us before a new culture that supposes the presence of new ways to observe and understand the world; likewise, it offers new ways and communication systems of universal reach and brings out new values. Education is not alien to it and, consequently, there are now new training needs, with new technological tools that emerge as an effective way of barrier free training and full of successes.
