Abstract

This paper aims to delve deeper into how art is understood and, consequently, the changes that are made to it in order to introduce it in schools. A series of theses and monographs resulting from research conducted in different universities, particularly as part of the training of students from Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts and specialization programs, were analyzed. Thus, art education, as knowledge, appears to renounce the knowledge of art: theories, techniques, instruments, the work. All of this occurs under the premise of the wishes of the student, who is not interested in the rules, the limits and, much less, the theory of art and the technique
