Abstract
Based on the research Comparative Analysis of the Ethical-Moral and Political Perspectives of Civic Practice in Young People from Colombia, Mexico and Argentina, the purpose is to understand and give meaning to some constructions of “the political” in young people, as well as the way that perspective of the political configures the notions, positions and practices of citizenship. The article analyzes the discursive productions of young people from the qualitative item of the instrument used during the first phase of the project, implemented in two hundred young students from public and private universities in Argentina. The perspectives and meanings of politics suggested and disputed in the political project of modernity are reviewed, and the different configurations of political subjectivity and citizenship that emerge from the empirical material are explored
