Research Macropojects: A Strategy for the Training of Teacher-Researchers

Abstract

The article seeks to answer the following question: What is the meaning of macroprojects as a training strategy at the University of La Salle? Thus, in this review, macroprojects are defined as organizational, articulating, training, and research strategies. The article emphasizes the task of research tutors who collaboratively build and assemble the project; they plan, accompany each other, make consensus, coordinate and supervise in order to bring to fruition the training process which culminates in presentations and publications; all this in harmony with Lasallian formation, rich in values.
