Abstract
The current understanding of knowledge demands new forms of pedagogical mediation in education. This means thinking about teaching from each discipline and from the link between training agents, and at the same time thinking about the different stages of learning, including virtual environments that enable information and communication technologies (ICTs). A few ideas are presented to critically analyze the possibilities and limitations of ICT for teachers, both those who have already accumulated experience and people who are starting or who wish to begin; the goal is to problematize a particular matter that may be of interest in the studies on education and social sciences.
