Abstract

This article presents the results of a research carried out at the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, Bello campus, which aimed to understand the perceptions of university students on human formation, specifically regarding the course entitled “Life Project.” The methodology was based on a qualitative action-research approach, using techniques such as participant observation and discussion groups, as well as tools such as logbooks, minutes, and audiovisual record. The findings allowed determining the value of this experience through categories such as sensations, learnings, and significant moments; in addition, it was possible to identify strategies that students considered helpful, as well as their perceptions before and after taking the course. The social pertinence of this course lies in creating ways that reinforced student reflection, in order to contribute to the methodologies and tendencies of human formation in a university environment.
