Abstract
<p>The main goal of this study is to examine the perceptions of students from a master’s program about how they receive feedback and the quality of such feedback. Results show that students receive it in different ways, and most of them have a positive most of them have a positive perception of its role in the learning process. Overall, students believe that feedback is formative when teachers allow them to use it and when it is constructive, timely, clear and relevant. The most important thing in the feedback process is that students can use the information they receive to improve the learning process.</p>
